6' x 12' x 12" Folding Landing Mat

The AK Athletics 6' x 12' x 12" Folding Landing Mat provides an extra-thick, cushioned landing surface for gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, and other athletic training applications where additional landing protection is needed.

The mat is constructed with 12" of high-quality 45 lb. compression polyurethane foam, providing substantial cushioning and support to help absorb impact during repeated training and landing exercises.

For easier storage, the mat features a three-panel design with two folds. Each 3' end section folds inward, reducing the mat from its full 6' x 12' size to approximately 6' x 6' when folded. Four built-in handles provide convenient grip points for moving and repositioning the mat.

The cover combines heavy-duty 18 oz. vinyl on the top and bottom with breathable black mesh side panels. The mesh allows air to escape as the foam compresses during impact. The vinyl features a soft, smooth matte finish, high-performance UV additives for color retention, and BACshield protection to inhibit mold, mildew, and bacteria growth.

Each landing mat is made to order in the USA.

“We LOVE our ball/crash pit from AK Athletic Equipment! As a family who lives through freezing MN winters and has a child with a disability, this pit has given us hours of fun and family time! The quality of the pit is commercial grade. It was super easy to set up, the bottom pad and 4 walls go together with heavy duty Velcro. We use it with balls, stuffies, a crash mat and even just at a baby safe play area before they could climb out! Shipping and receiving was super easy. Would definitely order from AK Athletic Equipment again for future playroom needs!”

“I got some purple roll out mats from you guys when we first opened our school and they were great. We're going to be purchasing some pad pillars soon for our new location we're moving into as well!”

“I had ordered tumbling mats for my grandkids to play on in the basement area. Customer service was exceptional, they were able to offer suggestions and were very knowledgeable on their equipment and what would best work for my situation. I would recommend them for any Athletic supply needs.”

“Ordered one of the fold-up chevron mats for my niece who is obsessed with gymnastics and flip and grip. My sister says it's great for her to practice on & good quality (they've bought cheaper mats that start falling apart way too fast) & all her friends are super jealous of the fun design :) can't beat free shipping either.”
