5' x 10' x 18" Training Pit

The AK Athletics 5' x 10' x 18" Training Pit provides a portable, cushioned training surface for gymnastics, cheerleading, and other athletic training applications. Its substantial 18" thickness is designed for athletes practicing flips, falls, jumps, and other skills where additional landing cushioning is needed.

The foam core features three layers of high-density polyurethane foam with varying firmness levels, beginning with an extra-soft layer and progressing to a medium-firm layer. This layered construction provides a combination of cushioning and support during training and landings.

The cover combines heavy-duty 18 oz. vinyl on the top and bottom with breathable black mesh side panels. The mesh allows air to escape as the foam compresses during impact. Four built-in handles provide convenient grip points for moving and repositioning the training pit.

The 18 oz. vinyl features a soft, smooth matte finish, high-performance UV additives for color retention, and BACshield protection to inhibit mold, mildew, and bacteria growth.

Each training pit is made to order in the USA.
