6' Training Foam Balance Beam
The AK Athletics Training Foam Balance Beam provides a stable, confidence-building surface for learning and practicing balance skills. Its wider design makes it ideal for beginner gymnastics, motor skill development, physical therapy exercises, and recreational use.
Measuring 72" long x 8" high, the beam features a 6" wide training surface and an 18" wide base for added stability. The wider top gives beginners more room to practice balance, foot placement, and basic beam skills before progressing to narrower training equipment.
The beam is constructed with multiple layers of polyethylene and polyurethane foam, combining support and cushioning for repeated training and recreational use.
The foam is fully encased in our heavy-duty 18 oz. vinyl, selected for strength and durability in demanding athletic environments. The vinyl features a matte finish with anti-mildew treatment and UV pigments for added weatherability, along with high tensile and tear strength for repeated use. The cover is also lead- and phthalate-free.
Choose one vinyl color for the top and a second color for the sides and bottom, allowing you to coordinate the beam with your school, gym, facility, or team colors.
