Play & Learn Foam Balance Beam
The AK Athletics Play & Learn Foam Balance Beam combines a low-profile foam training beam with a cushioned roll-up mat, creating a beginner-friendly setup for practicing balance, basic beam skills, and routines.
The foam beam features a 4.5" wide top and 7" wide base and is constructed with layers of polyethylene and polyurethane foam for a supportive, cushioned training surface. Hook-and-loop attachment on the bottom of the beam secures it to the corresponding fastening strip on the roll-up mat, helping keep the beam properly positioned during use.
When the beam is removed, the fastening strip on the mat can also be used as a visual guideline, allowing athletes to continue practicing balance, foot placement, and movements directly on the mat.
The beam is covered in our heavy-duty 18 oz. vinyl, selected for strength and durability in demanding athletic environments. The vinyl is easy to clean with a non-abrasive cleaner and is free of lead and phthalates.
