This Landing Mat is 5 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 8 inches tall. It is constructed of 18 ounce vinyl coated nylon on the top and bottom of the mat. The side panels are made of black mesh to allow air to escape. The cover has four handles for moving the mat. The weight of the mat is 105 lbs. It is shipped in 1 box with total weight of 111 lbs.

The foam core consists of a high density 45 pound compression polyurethane foam. The foam provides excellent cushioning that helps build a students confidence. Great for Gymnastics or Cheerleading Landings and Martial Arts falls.
Ā 18 ounce reinforced vinyl cover is mildew resistant, rot resistant, UV resistant and is free of lead and phthalates.
