Each outlet insert can be used to cover exposed foam and wood when a cutout is made for an outlet or electrical switch in our wood backed wall padding. Each gym wall padding insert has a supportive back and front composed of flexible plastic to maintain structural integrity of the wall pad- even if multiple inserts are used in one panel. The inside measurements of the cut out insert are 4" wide x 6" tall.
